Which package is right for me?

What hardware are you using?
Deltux uses Intel Core i5-12500 for gaming and AMD Ryzen 9 3900X for web hosting, with NVMe SSD and DDR4 RAM.
Do your services include DDoS protection?
Absolutely! Deltux game serves include market leading, customized OVH Game DDoS protection. Thanks to our modifications, our filters have the ability to protect your server against attacks that even OVH does not block.
We have applied a custom filter to each game to ensure no attacks leak.
I live outside the EU. Can I order a server?
Currently, Deltux only sells servers to individuals and companies from EU countries, due to tax complications. We hope to expand our coverage and add server locations outside the EU in the future.
Do you offer support for your services?
We offer support via live chat, tickets, our Discord server and other social media. We usually respond within minutes.
Will my service be delivered immediately?
New servers are created automatically after payment. You'll be able to play within minutes!

Which payment methods are available?
You can pay via Stripe or PayPal. Stripe supports most popular payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, credit cards, ...
Can I cancel my service at any time?
Yes, you can choose to stop paying for the service and cancel it at any time.
How do I get a discount?
Discounts can be claimed by entering a discount code while ordering a service, or by choosing a longer billing period. A quarterly billing period comes with a 10% discount.

Which package is right for me?
RAM is usually the deciding factor. Try to estimate how heavy your server is and choose a package based on that. With Minecraft, for example, you have to take into account the number of players, worlds, plugins and mods.
If your budget allows it, it is better to buy a package with enough overhead than a too small one. You can also contact our support team to get a trial to see how your server performs.
What games can I rent a server for?
Our catalog currently consists of 16 games, including Minecraft, CS:GO, Ark and more. Do you have a custom version of a game and want to know if it is supported? Simply ask us! We are also open to suggestions for new games.
How to control my game server?
Our control panel for game servers and Discord bots can be found at my.deltux.net. If you don't have a password, you can configure it by clicking 'Forgot Password'. You can also do this through the billing panel.
Using our control panel is straight forward. If you do have problems with something, don't hesitate to ask us.
Can I use a game server to store personal files?
This is not allowed and can be found in our ToS (Abuse - 5A). If you need cloud storage you can simply contact us, we will have a great deal for you.
